Payment must be made by 1st June 2026 via bank transfer or credit card through the secure online registration system.
After registration, participants may select their preferred payment method in the user section. Conference participation will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
The registration fee includes:
- Access to all conference sessions
- Online access to the conference proceedings
- Scheduled refreshments according to the conference programme
- Social evening events
Each accepted participant is entitled to publish one article in the conference proceedings.
The fee for accompanying persons covers participation in the social and cultural events included in the conference programme.
Please note that cash payments are not accepted, and there will be no cash desk at the ICMD 2026 conference.
